If for example if a fundraiser is opening the pitch deck a lot but not the form, you can assume that they are making mistakes in their conversation or aren't able to really amaze the potential supporter.

How it works
Your pitch deck is integrated directly into our app. With a click on the campaign name at the bottom of the dashboard you reach the start screen. This is the starting point for each conversation - fundraisers can then either access the pitch deck or the form.
You can include videos, pictures & a navigation into the pitch deck. You can either talk with our Success-Team on how to transfer your existing pitch deck into our system or be part of a pitch deck workshop, where we will combine our experience and knowledge to tailor a perfect pitch deck together, and make extraordinary conversations possible!
Our list of available KPI widgets is always growing. As usual you can use the widgets either just for the management in the cockpit, or on the fundraisers dashboard as well. There are currently 5 available widgets to track the fundraisers performance:

Counts the number of times a pitch deck is opened. A pitch deck is opened either by a click on "Open" on the start screen, or when the pitch deck is opened from the form.
Counts the number of times the form is opened. A form is counted as open, when it's entered either through the start screen or from the pitch deck.
|Average Conversation Duration||
Shows the average time a conversation has lasted.

To make sure that the data is correct, we recommend using the automatic redirect after a certain amount of idle time.
Counts the average amount of links clicked in the pitch deck.
It only counts the internal navigation links in the pitch deck and can give an idea of how intense the conversation is. Also it will show you how the fundraisers are using the pitch deck.
Of course the amount of clicks differs from campaign to campaign depending on the pitch deck setup.
The existing or entering buttons of the pitch deck do not count as internal clicks.
% opened forms
Is the relation between opened pitch decks and opened forms and can give insight into the success rate of conversations of fundraisers.
We want to give fundraisers the opportunity to focus on their main job. So we recommend to activate the automatic redirect from the form and pitch deck to the start screen. This means that fundraisers don't have to think about clicking the back button after each conversation, and we can make sure the data is accurate.
You can decide what the inactive time period for the pitch deck or form is to then redirect. Of course the time can differ from campaign to campaign.
Setup & Integration
Pitch deck workshop
Use the shared knowledge of our Success-Team and your content experts. The goal of the pitch deck workshop is to design a pitch deck that fundraisers and donors love!
The cost of the workshop depends on used customer success hours. One hour costs €100.
The recurring costs for the pitch deck and the F2F Analyse Widgets are €149,- per month.
Pitch deck Integration
Of course we can just transfer your existing pitch deck to a HTML Document, which can be integrated into our system. As usual we bill €100 per used Professional Service Hour.
